Question Supertrap True Duals,

Need some advise.

I want to run true duals on my 1998 4.6L STX Flareside. I would like to go from the cats to straight out the rear with 2.5 inch pipes and Supertrap mufflers on the end. I have read here about problems with loosing low end torque with true duals and 2.5 in pipes, but I should be able to increase the backpresure to accomodate this by removing a couple of the disks from each side.

Does anyone know of any problems with this type of setup? I live in FL and am not sure if it would even be legal to do it this way. Also, should I see if a crossover pipe could be added, simmilar to the mustangs, or is this not necessary.

Thanks, for any advice.
