How will this sound

I have a 1997 F-150 5.4. I have took off the mufflers, converters, put straight pipes on and ran 2.5 inch piping back from the manifolds. I am thinking about puttin 12 inch glasspacks on there. I want my truck to pop more and be louder. My truck is also an automatic so I know that has alot to do with what the glasspacks will do to the sound. What will this make my truck sound like. I would really appreciate it if i could get some anserwers before i buy them. Thanks

Adding glasspacks or any muffler will make it quieter, not louder.

how loud is it with no cats and no mufflers?

If you add short glasspacks, you will hear the good old popping sound your looking for. If you want them to really sound, run your truck hard for a while to heat them glasspacks up, then hose them off immediately with really cold water, this will break up alot of the fiberglass packing inside.

Ive got a 4.6 with the muffler cut out and dual tailpipes added. Nice and loud, but i want a lot more. Im thinking of hi flos and true duals after that all the way out under the back of the truck.
