I am wondering if I add a gibson exhaust system to my 1999 f-150 Will that mess with the o2 sensors? Also I would like to get a performance air filter to go with the exhaust will I have to replace the mass air sensor as well?

Welcome ! Neither of those mods will cause any problems with either of those sensors.

 

By putting these mods on will I have to reset the computer or can I put them on and just start driving?

 

I was told the truck computer will adjust itself after you do some driving to match the air coming in and going out ...
