Question Bullet Exhaust

I just got a Bullet Exhaust system put on my truck with side exit duallys out the back and was wondering why when I stomp on it and then I stop driving my truck it smells like something burning is comming out of my pipes? I get a good clean sound out of the system but should i replace the muffler to a MagnaFlow or soemthing like that? And if I did how expensive would it be?

Its probably just the coating on the insides of the pipes/mufflers burning out. It will go away after awhile...
