im looking to get some longtube headers on my truck - anyone got any experience with choices or prices? ive seen brands for my 2002 5.4, but theyre usually savage in price, or they arent for the recent models. thanks.

You won't get any longtube headers without being bent over on the price. Most of the longtubes for F-150 5.4's are for Lightnings and don't list 4X4 fitment. Most of the Lightning tuner websites list them. The only place that I've seen that lists your 4X4 application is here:
