I'm pretty sure the American Thunder kits are made for muscle cars and not trucks. There is, however, a dual rear exit kit that is available for your truck:
Flowmaster Force II System #17137
That kit with the Flowmaster 40 Series muffler would make a really nice combination. Another option, and possibly cheaper, would be to take your truck to a local muffler/exhaust shop and have them put in custom pipes with a Flowmaster muffler of your choice.

I have the Flowmaster Force II system (dual rear exit) on my 97 4.6 4x4. It looks tough and sounds cool...my kit came with a 50 Series muffler...if you could get one with a 40 series it would be very loud. I got mine shipped for less than $300---

---and later had a muffler shop do the welds because I felt the clamps the kit came with were tacky looking and unreliable. I also had to cut the kit's pipe off by about 4 inches on the driver side exit. When everything was said and done for me it may have been cheaper to buy a muffler and just have a shop install their own dual pipes.
Don't worry about missing out on your sound system, the interior noise from my exhaust system is reassuring and smooth, not loud and obnoxious
