thanks but by the time i pay the exchange rate from US funds to Canadian plus the duty, & taxes i might as well buy it locally. it comes to about the same thing.

 

I didn't try going with the straight pipe first, I just went straight to the Magnaflow.

I had to remove the counter balance piece because it's got a 2 1/4" clamp that doesn't fir on 3" pipe.
I havn't noticed any ill effects. The guys at the shop said I didn't need it, but you know how that goes. They claimed it was not for vibration, but to balance the load of that monster 3 foot stock muffler.
