High Flow Cats

Someone told me that the reason a Dodge or Chevy is louder than the Ford with the same exhaust system...is because of the Cats on the Ford...

My understanding is that there are 2 pre cats and 2 main cats on a 2002 F150 Screw.

Has anyone put on HighFlow Cats?

Did you replace just the main cats or all 4?

Did it make it louder?

Are the cats on the truck welded on the pipe or are they brackets?

Peace

whoever told you is right. We have 4 cats on our trucks. If you get hi flo's, get them off ebay for around 100 bucks per pair shipped. Youll need 2 to replace all 4 factory ones. Several people have said that it makes their exhaust alot louder and crackle alot more. Im going to be ordering some here in the near future to go along with my straight pipes
