Hi guys new here. ive got the motor out of my truck to fix the exaust leaks and broken manifold bolts for my 88 460 s/d EFI f250. my manifolds are cracked and the dealer wants $1,300.00 for new manifolds. i found a good deal on manifolds on the net but they come w/o thermacter air passages. will the removal of the thermacter air system effect my computer or drivability? i plan on keeping my EGR but romoved my smog pump and cat. thanks for any input.

 

Instead of spending $1300 manifolds why don't you get a set of JBA SS headers for around $700. They are available with and without air injection. WWW.JBAHEADERS.COM
