I’m pretty new to the site so I do apologize if this is a repeat question. I did poke through about 100 posts and did not see this yet. I’m finally getting to spice up my 1998 XLT. I have the off road package and a tow package. I can’t find a definite answer to the removal the spare tire on a dual exhaust going out the back. I love the way it looks but I don’t want to remove my spare tire. I’ve checked the web sites and they always have an * and state – removal might be needed on some trucks. Can any one shed light on this. I’m going to go with either a Boral or Magnaflow 2 ½. I have a 5.4.
