Idea?
Would it be a bad idea to puncture holes in my stock exhaust? I really don't have the money to put on a new muffler, so cutting this one off right now is a NO.
Butttttt, I want a lounder exhaust
This is just an idea.

Trust me, it's been done before. You can't expect good sound IMHO. Most will eventually have to repair it. Personally, I would save up for a nice stainless steel straight-through muffler. Beyond that, I would have a manual cutout installed or a straight pipe installed instead of the muffler.

I'll get a good muffler later. Are glasspacks legal? I might go that route for right now.

Yes glasspacks should be legal. Im not sure about in FLA. but in TEX you can now buy cherry bombs at Autozone.
yes glasspacks are legal. Joe if you want a good sound for cheap, go to the muffler shop and have them cut out your muffler and weld in a piece of straight pipe. This will cost you no more than 30 bucks--and it sounds great! Especially with dual pipes/tips like mine.

Try private swimming lessons. (Assuming you have ARC WSI certification) A few years ago in my lifeguarding days, I was making around $9/hr lifeguarding public pools. I then wised up and guarded private pools for $14/hr. (Basically playing in the water with little kids all day long and get paid for it LOL) I then got smarter and sat in a class for 2 weeks and got certification and taught private swimming lessons for spoiled Plano kids for $20/hr.
I'm super smart now, I got myself a 200lbs suga momma who pays for everything including gas, rims, cherry bombs..

Minding the kiddie pool is'nt always all that easy, the little anklebiters are rarely obedient and always raise heck when you attempt to get them out of the pool 'cuz their lips are turning purple and fingertips look like California raisins. You can be sure that they'll be back with momma in tow to point out the mean man that ejected them from the pool.
If you get the right training you can teach personal water saftey, advanced water rescue or even basic first aid at the local Red Cross. That's a decent gig too.

They way they have our water lessons set up at the Y, it's pure hell. I'm not WSI yet, and I probably wont. Now I might become a lifeguard instructor, that makes some cash.
OKOK, about not having a muffler, isn't that illegal?

Why don't you just have the stock muffler cut out and have an economical (cheap) performance muff put in till you can afford a system? I used to do this on my trucks when I had two kids at home,a mortgage etc. and it worked well. I used to go to the parts store and buy a cheap muff and slap it in--this was in the seventies thru the mid nineties and I never spent more than $25 to 30,so you should probably be able to do it for maybe fifty bucks now.

For some reason all the kids seemed to love me, even their moms loved me LOL. Does this mean I'll be a great dad someday?
Hopefully not anytime soon..

That's what I do now in my spare time, strictly on a volunteer basis of course. It's time to give back..
