Best Exhaust/muffler?
I have a Flowmaster (delta 40 i think) not exactly sure which series it is...not as loud as a couple others..but deeper
i was told i might be able to squeeze in a dual flow system giving how tight space is under there.
any body know if thats true? would dual cat backs be better or...would piping 2 tips on the one i have now be good enough?
oh...what is the best exhaust brand?or are they all about the same?
is cat backs the best thing going?

Many people have put two small mufflers and run true duals by cutting the OEM Y-pipe.
There are 4 main restrictions in F-150 exhaust. Header, cats, y-pipe and muffler. Replace the parts you want to.
I would skip Flowmaster if you really care about performance and durability. The baffle design is not the best for flow (ironic given the company's name) and the weld quality is poor. Borla, Magnaflow, Bassani are all straight through designs with excellent performance and their components are top notch.
