H pipe??
I just got dual exhaust
put on my 97 f-150 with Flowmaster 40 series mufflers. I dont have an h pipe installed since the shop said I didnt need it.
Then I read on the net that an H pipe is "strongly recommended". Says will increase mid range torque and fix back gurgle.
My question is......how does it effect the engine? If i continue to run this set up without the h-pipe will it harm anything?
And if i do need it how hard would it be to put it in now that the exhaust is done.
