I have found all of the parts I need to have the local custom muffler shop install my duel cat back system (Magnaflow) on my Expedition but 1 item. They said that they need 16" stainless tips and they can not find them. They can put 12" tips on but I don't think that I will be happy with the shorter ones (you will be able to see where the pipe and tip are connected/welded). Does anyone know of a source that may have these tips. I did find one on the internet(http://ultimate4wheeldriveperformance.com/exhaust.htm) but of course they were out of this particular item. They are 16" with a 2 1/4" inlet and a 3" angle cut end.

 

You really cannot use 18" tips? I would ask the shop. Seems like many people use at least 18" tips without problems.

 

18" don't work on the Expedition.
