Question Duel Exhaust Type?

I have seen several F-150's/Expeditions with duel exhaust that exit behind the rear tires and comes out at an angle to clear the trailer hitch. They are rather large diameter (appears to be stainless) pipe and exits at about a 45 degree angle. Does anyone know who makes this style or where I can inquire about them. My Expedition does not have room beside the hitch and I like the look of these pipes. Also I don't want something loud, I want to improve performance (HP).
