I want to get my dad a set of headers for his 95 5.8, and was particularly interested in BBK's ceramic coated headers. Has anyone tried these out? I am assuming they would be of good quality.

Are there any other good bang 4 buck upgrades for this truck I should consider? It is an extended cab, 4x4, automatic Eddie Bauer and already has Flowmaster exhaust and K+N intake mods. He was looking into throttle bodies b/c it'd be an easier install, but I'm not sure he'd see any improvement with one (the other mods haven't really added as much excitement as similar ones did for my 98 4.6). The truck is currently a gas pig that gives little power in return; I'd like to change that but I think the only way is with heads and a small cam upgrade...
