Hmm, maybe SScully can help more, but I'll try. I thought the non-supercharged HD's had a SIDO muffler and the supercharged ones use a DIDO muffler.
Worst case, you'll have to cut the factory y-pipe, replace it with a 90* elbow of 2.5" diameter. Then run two short pipes to the front of the HD exhaust. Possibly need some new hangers. Not to much work at all.
