custom X pipe with dual v catback

I have a 2000 Ford F 150 5.4 L 4X4
I just oderd a set of JBA Titanuim headers & a Bassani foward exit cat back I was debating to install Bassani dual muffler with X pipe for the 2000 lightning but was unsure if it would work or not exhaust system could be a bit tricky so I play it safe i hope i made the right decision

Could have done the Bassani X pipe and dual SI/SO mufflers if you wanted to.

Installed on a 2001 SCrew:

Can you return the SI/DO cat back ? With the headers I would have thought a true dual would have been a better option.

otirado,

I only have improved G-Tech times at the moment. I stil have to schedule a dyno pull to know for sure.

It seems to pull off the line better via the SOTP dyno, and the better G-Tech times but that is very un-scientific at best.

Check Neal's post on replacing his system. 5.4/L took off the JBA put on Kooks long tube headers, and installed High flow cats, and a X pipe with 2 SI/SO magnaflow mufflers.
He doesn't have numbers on paper as of his last post, but maybe that has changed in the last 30 days.

The SOTP Neal says he can feel the difference, but he did quite a bit mroe then myself, with the Kooks Long Tube headers and hgh flow cats.

Did you check with a tuner on this ?

I thought that all headers were chip re-burns, but that is my thin knowledge of headers at this point. Not 100% sure on all headers.
