Dynomax Muffler?
Anyone run a Dynomax Ultra Flo Muffler on their truck? Dynomax has a $25 rebate if I purchase before June 30. I ordered one for my car and now I am thinking about one for the truck.

I have the "Stainless" UltraFlow, and really like it. Borla was my 2nd choice.

I've had the Ultra-flow welded one for over a year. No loss of low-end torque, great mid to top improvement, phenomenal sound.

I was going to go Dynomax but that 'roving glas pack' arrangement concerned me. Looks like it would burn out pretty quick. Did the sound change significantly after a years worth of use? I decided on the Magnaflow product for mine.

I have one on my '00 expedition. It was installed with an "X" pipe to replace the "Y" pipe. It works great and sounds good too.

Irutt- The packing is rated at 1500 degrees and sounds exactly the same after one year. What straight through design doesn't use high temp packing? Magnaflow? 1500 degrees is higher than several ceramic header coatings.

I recently had the Ultra-flow 3" SI/SO installed and am very pleased. I especially like the sound between 3,000 and 4,000 rpm. Idle sounds great too. for the price I highly recomend it
