Flange gaskets need replacing?

I have a `92 F150 extended cab w/ a 302 , auto. Just put new exhaust on from the catalytic back. Still noisy , sounds like the flange gaskets to the catalytic from the exhaust manifold might be gone. Is this an expensive repair in labour , or is it easy to do yourself? How much would a shop charge?

Any and all replies are greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance ,

Sty

Got the entire system done , except for the cat. Needed air tubes , flanges , muffler and tail pipe. She goes for an emissions test Friday , BETTER PASS!!
