Question cutting a hole in the body for a swept side?

Has anyone considered cutting a hole in the side of the body for the swept side exit? I've noticed (although I know they're skirts) on the lightnings and other show trucks the exhaust runs through a roll-pan or out through the side of the body. Could a hole be cut through the body, say, just before the wheel, to have the tips come out there?

Dont do it if you do get some ground efects and chop them up but not the body of your truck! i mean c'mon you might not want that exahust for as long a syou want your truck and the cut might not look too clean.....maybe in the bumper would be ok but that would be way too high to run the exhaust out the body and look awful
JJ

p.s. i hope i didnt offend you in any way

might not be your thing but pick up either last months or the months before that issue of minitruckin
they did it on a body slammed dakota exiting right in front of the left front tire with the metal cut out for it

no offense taken Jimmy.

Pyro:'mini truck'n' eh? I usually buy the reg. mag. I didn't even know that there was a supplementary mag. I'll have to check that out; thanks for the tip.
