If i cut the muffler off then made it exit in front of the rear wheel would that sound good or is it going to be way to bumble beeish. Who has the loudest 300. That is what i want the loudest but still kinda deep if possible 300. thanks

 

What year pickup you talking? I have a 1966 Ford with a 300 in it. I have it running a straight pipe right now and it is really loud, not a good loud though. I am adding a glasspack and angling it off behind the rear tire.

My grandpa has an '84 Ford with a 300 in it and he has a straight pipe behind the cat, and it doesn't sound too bad.
