Post How loud is Dynomax or SI/SO ?

I am thinking about having my stock garbage can muffler cut out and replaced with a dynomax Ultra Flow performance muffler. I am just curious which is louder the ultra flow or super turbo. Either that or Ravin. Which is louder the Z33 or Z55. I am staying with single in single out. thanks in advance guys.

Cool

On the Dynomax's: Super Turbo is mild and mellow. Ultra Flow is extremely throaty (similar to a FM reg 40). The idle is mild, highway is about as loud as you could stand to hear the radio or transport a lady(without an gripe session). Certain rpms/loads provide Z-28 on steroids growls. It's for those who like loud.

You have to get a loud muffler to get much sound out with the multi-cat setup. If you like a throaty sound, it's not too loud. It won't drown out moderate radio volume. Most auto parts stores or muffler shops don't have Ultra-flows sitting around. You can get them real fast from someone like Jeg's or Summit; unless you have a local speed shop close. I'm very particular about sound, trust me it sounds good. You can get size information here. www.a-1performance.com

It is VERY QUIET, more engine noise that exhaust, go with the flowmaster or the Ultraflow.

Thanks,
Is the ultraflow so loud that it drowns out the radio? I want it loud but my tunes cant suffer too much. LOL. I think I will do the ultra flow setup. I got to go get the muffler soon. I would like to get it done soon. I wonder if autozone or napa caries dynomax mufflers.
