any suggestions for 4.6 headers? Bassani doen't make them. I don't want MAC, they are not that well made.

mf150 I am pretty sure JBA makes headers for the 4.6 and they are top quality i would however suggest that you get them with the Ceramic coating for reduced heat and tempature.

Just got through washing my father's engine/engine bay (97 4.6 lariat) with some Simple Green. You have to admit that that is some good stuff! Just spray, scrub the tough spots then rinse!
As for the headers on my truck...I've done some research, checked the older posts related to the issue, and spoken with several mechanics to see what they's advise. Guess what...they suggested JBA, too. I went on JBA's site and they have two options that I am conscdidering: titanium w/ ceramic coating or the stainless steel w/ ceramic coating. Any suggestions? I've contacted Mike Troyer in the Computer Chip forum to see if he has any in stock. On the JBA website they have them listed around $630. I'll have to wait off a couple months, but JBA's are in my future! Thanks again.

The titanium must be new they only had the stailness when i got mine but that is what i went with stainless w/ceramic coating I would suggest two places to look for prices one is www.truckperformance.com and the other is
www.performancecombos.com

Usaully with Truckperformance if you buy a few things at once they tend to give a break on price or shipping something of that nature but you need to ask for it Don't be afraid to ask if they can help you they will I buy a bit of stuff from them over time and they have always treated me right. Just placed a few orders with them last week and two days ago in fact.They are the ones I am getting my Russell Braided Stainless Steel Brake Lines from.
