Any headers but Gibson. I made that mistake. I've had them off twice now due to poor manufacturing. There is NO customer service. They will NOT stand behind the product. I have friends who have JBA's and all have had great results.

Don't know about Gibson Headers, I do have the Super Truck Exhaust and love the sound and performance of it. I don't like the rectangle tips and when I emailed Gibson to see if their round tips would fit, they never answered. Conclusion: ***** may have something. I wasn't pleased with Gibson not answering me and ***** just persuaded me to mark them off my list for Headers. JBA may cost a little more but if you check out their web site, they give you detailed instructions for installation and I like that. BTW, I used Pilot Stainless Steel Resonated round tips and like the way the look and sound.

My 2 cents worth.
Go JBA header. Thicker walls and are made for bruttle useage. (TOWING)
Check out these prices and compare. I have been waiting for JBA to make some for my NAV. End of Feb, I hope.

Just for some comparison, I have the Dynomax headers and have no complaints at all. I did get the ceramic coated and would recommend it highly. I know the JBA's are nice but you really have to pay for them. Mine were a couple hundred cheaper.

well guys not to rain on anyones parade or to tell anyone the other persons wrong but i will admit gibson are overrated pieces of junk. as far as headers it doesnt matter what name brand really just as long as u have shorty headers no name brand is better than the other as far as power gains. so to make this short just look for some really reasonable warranties and then look at your pocketbook! me myself would reccomend pacesetters, hookers, or heddman. but like i said just look for s warranty! ford15098
I just ordered the pacesetter ceramic coated headers for mine from JCWhitney. $238.00 with the 15% discount is a great deal for headers, especially ceramic coated. I will let everyone know how good the quality is when I get them.

I got the pacesetters, too (the even cheaper, black ones from JCWhitney - $150). They didn't fit my stock exhausts, though, so I had to get the exhausts custom fitted - and JCWhitney payed all of it as it says in their catalog: "no modifications necessary". Great customer service!
I've had to retorque the headers a couple of times, though and wonder: how can I check if there's an exhaust leak at the manifold gaskets?

Just so you have another supplier, go to the Steeda website. They sell headers to fit our trucks in nickle plate and stainless I think. www.steeda.com

Hello Ford Truckers I brought my rear sway bar, pace ceramic coated headers and my gibson swept back exhaust from "JC Whitney" great prices plus free shipping! Except on cat-back because of size of box! I think there great! The quality of the headers is very good, just need some cleaning up inside header right inside header where all four pipes connect. Took me four hours to install headers on truck. Driver side was no problem, just a lot of sharp edges on truck to give you scratchs on arms even with long sleve shirt on. Passenger side I to take off starter to put one bolt on bottom and to be able to tighten it. Three bolts on starter to take off, make sure you have a very long extension to get to top bolt on starter from inside of wheelwell. 2000 F150 extendedcab 4x2 Airraid flow pipe Pace Setter "ceramic coated headers" Gibson cat-back single swept back Hewlig sport rear sway bar Super Chip up next Also have Vortech S-Trim from my mustang left over. Check on brackets $1,500.00! "WHEW" Well I was a good boy maybe Santa will bring some for "Christmas" MJD 5.4
