big joe,
What year of a pickup we taling here? What motor size? If I was going to go "true duals" it would be glass packs in the 12-18" range. 41" is too long in my opinion and do not sound how I like them. Also put on some Resonating tips to liven up the sound even more.

If I was running duals or single, I wouldn't use OEM mufflers. I wouldn't use a 2" single either, as this is smaller than factory. You may consider a application specific, dyno-tuned/engineered cat-back system.
