Cool

ilmagill, That's waaaay too much. I've got a single-in, single-out exiting behind the wheel with 3" tailpipe and a 3.5"x12" chrome tip. It was custom bent and installed for me at a local speedshop called Pro-Max (http://www.pro-max.com). The whole thing including tax was $145.00.

Cool

The stock system was cut off just behind the 'Y'. 2.5" pipe was run back to where the muffler was installed and 3" pipe from the muffler to the exit.

(I have a feeling that the guy working the counter that day wasn't very good at that 'math stuff' - the chrome tip was supposed to be $27.00 by itself...)

Yeah the dude had to have missed something because i've been quoted from 3 different people that the muffler itself is 110-130 with a 75-100 install + miscelaneous tubing $$$ + Chrome Tip 25-35.
