Borla, Flowmaster, Magnaflow or Gibson
I am very interested in buying a cat-back system for my 2000 F-150 V8 4.6L triton engine.
I have not decided the brand yet...
Which will be my best choice? Borla, flowmaster 50 series, Gibson or Magnaflow.
My only experience is the magnaflow cat-back system that I put on my 1999 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer V-6 4.0L SOHC and it´s great.
Any help will be welcome.

Welcome to the site! Aren't those F150's called Lobo in Mexico? I remember seeing a couple in Rocky Point with that name badge. Sorry I can't be much help on your exhaust question. Other than sound, they are all pretty much the same to me.
I have a '98 F250 4.6 4x4 and installed the SS borla dual out the back cat back and love it. Sounds very nice but not too loud for the wife. Seemed to add some pep as well. Kinda pricey so you will want to keep the truck!
I have Flowmaster racing serious I like the soundof it. If your looking for something to add the most power look towards the Gibson, I don't know anythin about the Magnaflow, the Borla is also good but you going to pay the price for it.

Thanks for your help.
V10 man you are right those F150's are called Lobo in Mexico.
I am deciding between the Flowmaster 50 series and the Gibson system.
Borla is really pricey.
Greetings
Robert

I put the MagnaFlow on mine, and no complaints!
