Question Exhausted with choices

I have a 2000 Ford F-150 Sport and plan on adding a K&N Filter system as well as an exhaust system. I have been considering cat back systems from Bassani and Gibson. Has anyone compared these two systems to see which one is better all around. I do a lot of travelling but will also need to pull a 21' bay boat, so I still need good torque. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Also, has anyone had a problem with a forward exit exhaust system staining their rims?

Thanks again.

I have the Bassani cat back system, I like it alot. The main reason I got it was that it is stainless steel.Where I live(lots of snow) I wanted stainless because of the rock salt sprayed on the roads in winter. I see you live down south where rust is not as much as a issue.
You may want to look at the Jardine, I hear it gives the most low end power of the cat back systems. http://www.jardineperformance.com/
but it is not stainless steel. I can't tell you much about the Gibson, but the Bassani is well made and the installation was very easy. http://www.bassani.com/
good luck

Thanks Don C. for your reply. I am looking into the Jardine system for my truck. I just wish they made it in stainless steel.

Merry Christmas!
