I own a 1998 4.6L Triton V8, I'm looking for long tube headers anyone know where I can find them? All I seem to find are shorties.

Don't you lose torque in the 4.6L when adding long tube headers? Just curious, it could be a future mod of mine.

Question re: re: long tube headers

I never heard that before. I don't understand why you would.

While I don't know about the 4.6, the 5.4 L.T. are the Kooks headers, and I have read that the JDM ones are these, and also read that they are not ( go figure )

Any way, it seems as if the best best is on the Kooks headers, so maybe the next step is to contact your Tuner of choice and ask them if Kooks makes a set for the 4.6. ??

Sorry it is not better info, but I figured I'd try to help getting you in the correct direction.

For referals on the Kooks headers, look over Neal the HP Freak, and the L forum, to see thier feedback on them.
