I have driven my truck atleast 10 miles and parked it and noticed water coming out of the muffler? could it have been some kinda weep hole? the muffler is a bit rusted towards the tailpipe end? only 8,000 on it, I will check it out more closely once I get the new tranny put it

Yes, there is a small hole in the back/bottom of the muffler so moisture can drain and not rust muffler.

ChooChoo is 100% correct. I am a Ford mechanic. O2 is a bi-product of the chemical reaction taking place in the catalytic converter. They put a weep hole usually in the rear of the muffler to help let any moisture drip out rather pool and cause the exhaust to rust out faster than they already do. There might also be one in the cat. The water is kinda letting you know all is well in combustion world.

The water is normal. CO and H2O are a product of combustion.
