I went to the gym today and parked near the entrance was an Excursion jacked up like those super off-road vehicles with the airplane sized tires and raised about 5 feet off the ground. I don't know much about cars, but i couldn't begin to think what it cost the owner to convert the Excursion to this gargantuan- $8,000, $ 10,000?. Maybe more. The underside of the Excursion was a site to behold. I'm sorry i can't give more info, but i just don't know much about cars. Wish others could have seen it.
