I just upgraded to an iPhone 4 so this one is of no use to me. The SIM card has been removed and it's ready to go. It's in great overall condition with a small hairline crack on the back of the phone. I have no idea how it got there as it's been in a case since day 1 but it is what it is. Nothing to really be concerned about and pics will be provided on request.

Yeah if you are upgrading an eligible line or starting a new contract. I just upgraded to an iPhone 4 for $199. Take a look @ eBay...... you'll see that a used 8GB 3G will sell for $190-$200 consistently.

Neither.

 

Should jailbreak it and unlock it that way all carriers with a SIM can use it. Plus, why get an iPhone if it isn't jailbroken?
