Had these things for quite awhile but ended up putting black powdercoated nerfs on instead.They come with all mounting hardware and brackets.Should have the instructionsin bag as well.Still have the original plastic over the bars for storage.I would like to get $100 obo with local pick up or meet somewhere around Central PA.I can email pics if your interested
