I got this phone shortly after having another one crap out on me earlier this year around March. As you can see from the pictures, it's still in perfect shape and not a scratch or problem with it whatsoever.

Part of the reason it is in such perfect shape is the eurethane kit that surrounds the entire phone. This is very similar to a clearbra for a car and doesn't allow anything to get on it or scratch it.

My office came to me today and offered to upgrade me to something else with their plan, so this one is going on the shelf pretty quickly. I paid over $350 just 6 months ago, so I think you are getting a pretty good deal.

FYI I know of a place you can purchase an unlock code for the phone that will allow it to work on any network with a SIM card for $10 bucks. There are 3 people doing this in my office using AT&T and it works great.
