Hey man what's up? I saw the set up on your bike with tire. I have a 2000 softail standard and was lookin to do the exact thing as that rim and all. Your post says the 160 will fit under that fender. Was there anything else drastic that u had to change in your bike to get it work.

I had to change the fender bolts to point outwards if that makes sence then use acorn nuts on the outside to make clearance for the tire. Also the rear break caliper neets to be shave 1/8"(.125) and you need a bigger spacer for the other side to center the wheel properly. You can get the spacer from HD for pretty cheap it needs to be .125 bigger than the stock one. Check out hdforums and vtwin form, I think my numbers are right but dont quote me since I did that to the bike about 4 years ago now and its been sold for a year.
