`97 f-150. Changing the 7 way roiund plug on the back of the truck. Once installed I cannot get turn signals to work. The factory harness has a set of wires coming off a main plug on the frame just to the left of the spare tire. I only get the trcuk lights working but not the wires coming from the tail. I checked the fuses under the hood and they are good.....??????

 

Changing to what? From 7-4? On my 97, they (someone) wired the tail lights wrong, so I traced the wires coming from the directionals to the plug. Hope this helps.
