Angry check engine

I have a 1998 ford f150 w/ a 5.4. Check engine light is on. I pulled the code . It said the number one bank is too lean. What doe that mean. Please reply A.S.A.P Thankyou

It means get it into a tech to diagnose the FI system. Computer, half hour, $150. No "Check Engine" priceles!

Question check engine light

I need a better information tha to send it to the dealer . My truck Has a Code P 171 . That means It is too lean on number one bank. What does that mean. I have replaced o2 sensors that does not fix the problem. Anyone that has repaired this problem before please let me know. I im Machanicaly inclined. Thankyou

Check for leaks in the pcv system. Usually a tear in the 90° boots. Real common problem.

Ther are no leaks in the pvc hoses.No vacumm leaks
