I made my first warranty claim yesterday. My cigarette lighter went out in my 02 F150 (7400 miles). Is this a common problem or am I the only one?

I was bummed about having to take my truck to the dealership...but their service was awesome! I showed up without an appointment and told the service rep what was wrong and 1 hour later my truck had a brand new cig lighter and I was on my way.

That is the first time I heard of the problem. I don't use mine since I don't smoke.
