Unhappy Horn, Cruise Control not working...HELP!

I have a 1994 F-150, never did get the owner's manual. I need help with why my horn & cruise control aren't working. Also, my seatbelt light continues to flash. I'm assuming it's a fuse, but I can't distinguish as to which one(s) I need to replace and their sizes. I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks!

Missing owner's manuals generally bring most people here the first time.

Sounds like a bad Clockspring. Check out the post help airbag 32 in this forum and in engines.

When it goes bad weird things happen, but it isn't too hard to fix and not too expensive either.

The horn and cruise in some truck is on the same fuse. Just keep pulllng them and looking at them until you find a blown one.
Also being that these trucks are the most plentiful thing on the road ask to copy someone elses manual, Beware though there are at least two printinings for a 97, but I dunno about other year models
