window motor power

My power window motor is not getting power. None of the switches work on either door, which makes me think it isn't the switch. My BF was playing with the CB wiring, and swears he didn't touch anything that would cause the windows to stop working. (they did work before he touched the CB wiring though)
Anyone know where the power source to the windows are located? Both the Ford manual and the aftermarket one aren't any help.

Don't know if the 98 has the same layout as 99-2001 but the Red with a light blue tracer wire is the main feed to the OTD section of the GEM module located in the central junction box under the dash.
The fuse is a 30 AMP, Fuse #110 which is in the Battery Junction Box. The battery junction box is located in the engine bay on the driver's fender well.
