Help, #8 fuse keeps blowing

I need some electrical help here. I just installed 2 55watt driving lights. I used all 16 gauge wire.
One wire from batt. to the relay with a 2 amp in line fuse.
One wire from the radio (right behind the radio, for switched power) with a 15amp in line fuse.
Then one line to the lights from the relay, one to the ground, one to the switch, which is also grounded.
It worked with one light but when I hooked up the 2nd light it blew the #8, 5amp fuse which is the radio acc. fuse. Please help. I guess I need to find a cleaner, 15amp source. Any ideas where I can get some ignition switched power that will have enough capacity?
BTW, is anyone else surprised that they don't give us ANY spare fuses on these trucks?
Thanks.

Most of the posts I've read regarding foglights have tapped the Brown wire out of the mult-function switch. That way the fogs come on with the headlights, and you don't have to install another switch, drill holes, etc.

Wherever you choose to draw your power, keep in mind that I=W/E. Where I=AMPS, W=WATTS, and E=VOLTS. So in a 12 volts system two 55 watt driving lights will be 2(55)/12=9.16 AMP draw.

Okay I ran a fuse tap into the 15 amp radio fuse. Works like a charm.
Now I have another question...I put a 2amp in line fuse on the wire leading from the battery to the relay and a 15amp fuse on the wire leading from the fuse box to the relay. Is this correct??? Do I have them reversed? Mftr. instructions didn't specify...
Thanks.

On the stock setup the small fuse 5A is after the multi-funtion swich, but before the foglamp switch, then relay, then ground. The big fuse 15A off the power distribution block, to relay, to lights. Sounds like you may be reversed.
