Question power window motor removal

I have a 92 F150 and I need to know the procedure for removing the driver side power window motor. I have the door trim off.It looks like it has 3 mounting screws but I can't get to one of them.Any help would be appreciated.

I use a 3/4 in. bit. The door is marked with punch type indentions for locating the drill points. A 5/16 1/4 drive socket will remove the bolts.

Here in Wichita I get gear kits from both Ford and aftermarket sources. Either one works fine so far.
