Angry power window problem

It has been like this for about a year and now Im finally starting to get pissed at it.

The driver side window will go down, but wont go up. The only way it will go up is if I hold the button with one hand and help push the window up with the other hand. And even then it doesnt set right. I have to fiddle around with it until it doesnt get jarred and slip down a few inches.

Seems to me like the motor just isnt strong enough to push it up anymore. I can hear the motor running when I push the button, just no action. Anyone got any bright ideas?

it's the motor. in the head of the motor. there are three plastic rollers the wear out. it's very common for those to go bad. ford has a rebuild kit. pricey i think. or i have seen guy's use other things, like wood dowl's. and pack it with grease. pull the motor out. and pull off the plate around the gear. and you'll see what im talking about. good luck
