Question Switching instrument cluster with one w/ a Tach?

I'm thinkng of switching my instrument cluster (without a tach) to one with a tach.
Does anyone know if this will be an easy hookup,or is it going to be a wiring nightmare?
The reason i'm switching the cluster is,i want to get a set of those white face gauges and they only sell them for a truck with a tach.

Thanks.

I could get my hands on a instrument cluster that is the same year as my truck. 1991 F-250 5.0 L engine with auto trans.
I just want to know if it will just pop in.

Thanks.
