Who is the electrical Wizard here ? SRS light question.

If a lazy person were to use one of those clips on the shoulder harness that limits it from ever retracting, would it set an airbag SRS light.? This is on a 1998 Ford F-250 4x4.

Thanks, Rick

Looking at the factory Ford CD, both systems appear to work through the RCM module . ?
