My electronic compass on my 2000 F-150 keeps saying I'm going north. Does anyone know what's wrong with it and how to fix it? If I took it to the Ford House, could they fix it?

I was all over the place last night before I knew the thing was screwing up. I didn't know how I could be going south on the interstate and be heading north at the same time.

Did you try to recalerbrat it did you check to see if it is set up for yopur part of the country as different parts have diferent settings it has been awhile since I read about it in the manual but if i had trouble I would try the steps in there to see if it would fix it.

Everytime to go to Austin (6th street) seems like I always lose my sense of direction. Then a cop points to the right way..
