I have been looking at caps and noticed that A.R.E has a Remote Keyless Entry
For there LS II & Z Series that will work with Factory key fobs.
The cost at the dealer is $70 plus install.
I would like to put one on my cap it is not a A.R.E. cap.
I have a Remote Keyless Entry Tailgate so should be easy to do.
I think the actuator is smaller than the tailgate actuator.
any thoughts from anyone.

I am working on the same thing, Talked to some guys Sat that install alarms, they are checking it out for me to see how secure it would be and the cost. Will let you know something ASAP.
