Taking apart the dash

I'm not too sure if this is where I post this, but I was wondering if anyone could show me some articles about taking apart the dash. What do I need to do first? Is it hard? Any special tools? Etc..

I tried doing a search for it but the search engine is down. I need to replace a light bulb or two but I was also hoping of adding the white faced look for the gauges.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You need sockets ranging from 3mm-8mm. Be careful about the panels as well so you don't rub off or chip any of the paint.
