Unhappy LED Taillights

Has anyone tried replacing their stock taillights with those LED lights and had a problem with the turn signals? The turn signals flashed way too fast when I installed the LED's. Is there a fix for this? I like the look of the LED's but hate the fast flasher. The directions say that they are direct replacements for the stock bulbs. By the way, I installed them on my 2001 F-150.

the reason the lights blink faster is because the led bulbs use much less electricity and your truck is thinking there is a bad bulb or something like that. they do have those flasher adjusters out there. can remember the site where i found them, but im sure that will work.
